We hope that you are delighted with your Abifisher.co.uk order.

However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may request a full refund for your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Outside of this time, orders will be not be eligible for a refund.

The returned item(s) must be in perfect, resalable condition with all labels and tags attached.

Returns Shipping and Charges
  • You are responsible for the return shipping charges with a courier of your choice.
  • We do have a returns process set up with DHL should you wish to use this method of returns. However, you are still liable for your returns package. If you choose this DHL service, a deduction of £6.50 will incur on your refund.
  • Always obtain your proof of postage whichever courier you choose - you will need this to track your return.
  • You are liable for the package until it has been delivered back to us. 
  • If you have sent your parcel untracked and your parcel goes missing, you will need to put in a claim with your chosen courier to cover the loss.
  • Once the return is received by Abi Fisher Ltd, you will receive an email notification about your refund.
How to use our DHL returns service
  • Access the Abi Fisher DHL Portal here and follow the steps.
  • A barcode will be emailed to you.
  • Ensure your item(s) is packaged in its original packaging with all labels intact.
  • Drop off your return at your nearest DHL Parcel service point and scan the barcode from your email.
  • You will receive a confirmation of return receipt and can track the progress of your return.
  • Once the return is received by Abi Fisher Ltd, you will receive an email notification about your refund.
  • A deduction of £6.50 will incur on your refund due to the DHL Returns Service.
